Our approach to business is congruent with our approach to life--Treat others as we would like to be treated. We strive to interact in a open, involved, compassionate, honest manner.

We try to be of valuable service, being eager to explore ways in which we can better utilize our skills to improve our service.

Clear prompt and uninterrupted communication is key to the success of any project. We take action to get the dialog rolling and keep it flowing. Communicating is perhaps the most important thing we do. When everyone understands what is to be done, how to do it and when, then the project is imminently headed for success.

Our approach to construction is dogmatic. Thorough careful planning (design, estimating, scheduling, material acquisition, etc.) is a pre curser to most site work. When the time for site work to commence has arrived, a complete mobilization is preferred. We prefer to be over equipped, bringing everything needed to perform the task and then some. There are often unforeseen complications to a project requiring tools one would not have planed on needing--best to just bring them anyway. To facilitate this we utilize enclosed cargo trailers (one large, one small).

Left: our larger trailer made by Featherlight in all aluminum construction, measuring 24'+L x 8'w x 7'6"h

Below: The mobil work bench that principal Bronson Koterwas brings on site when performing interior work. The top is is 2" xps sandwiched between 1/4" baltic birch plywood with 2" hard maple rails drilled for bench dogs. A front mounted Wilton woodworking vice provides for efficient clamping of numerous wood work pieces. Drawered cabinets on double locking casters facilitate fast access of hand tools.

When managing multiple projects and simultaneously performing service work on others projects in the Pacific Heights neighborhood of San Francisco Bronson needed a way to transport all tools necessary for minor service work in one trip as parking was not always available at the job site. Tools would sprout legs and disappear if not guarded. Hence the tool coffin was born.

Cabinet, door, and built in construction is idyllically performed in a shop. Photo to right is of another contractors shop that CWG has had good fortune of previously renting for projects necessitating a shop with superior equipment.

Whether you are in need of a total home remodel or just the interior trimming of a couple rooms we appreciate the opportunity to meet with you to discuss your upcoming or current project(s) and how our services can benefit you.
