Project: Construction of a new custom speculative house for client .

Period: November 2004 thru September 2005.

Constructive Works Group Inc's involvement: Site supervision, and carpentry (timber frame stairs, framing revisions, exterior trim, wood floors, other) from post project dry in through completion (some last minute change orders excluded).

General Contractor: Bitterroot Builders Inc.

Architectural firm: Bitterroot Design Group Inc.

 

Front elevation: House sits at 8200ft elv. an North Eastern shoulder of Lone Mountain. It is a true ski in ski out property with on piste terrain just several yards off of a rear deck.

 

Rear elevation: Spanish Peak mountain range rise into a cloudy sky in the background

 

Timber frame stairs made from reclaimed white oak lead up from entry to 2nd (main level) and 3rd (master suites 3 and 4 level).

Kitchen opens into dinning and living areas. Custom cabinets are made from white Ash. Granite countertops lighted with under cabinet lighting and maple butcher block top at island provide for efficient food preparation. Appliances are by Viking and Bosh.

 

One of five master suite bathrooms (looking South). Doors are custom built from reclaimed fir. Window and door casing along with baseboard are reclaimed barn wood.
