| Front elevation: House sits at 8200ft elv. an North Eastern shoulder of Lone Mountain. It is a true ski in ski out property with on piste terrain just several yards off of a rear deck. |

| Kitchen opens into dinning and living areas. Custom cabinets are made from white Ash. Granite countertops lighted with under cabinet lighting and maple butcher block top at island provide for efficient food preparation. Appliances are by Viking and Bosh. |
